    Everything was ready in advance, everything worked in my room and made for an easy and stress free experience.
    I found it very dark on arrival and really didn't know where I was going. Fortunately the proprieter noticed me and explained where I needed to go. Some additional external lighting would be helpful and a little safer.

    Total waste of money, no customer services and poor quality.
    Avoid at all costs. Nothing to like about this property
    Avoid at all cost.. Description is misleading and the photos show apartments, but they are very small rooms with no facilities. We immediately as for a refund and was point blank refused, by the manger. The reason they take your money upfront is that they know when you see the rooms you are going to ask for a refund, which you will never get. Room was not big enough for two people, so my wife drove 4 hours home, as I had to stay for work. Manger was rude and unhelpful. Carpets and curtains had stains of god knows what !! I'm sure i got bed bug bites from the bed. TV turned itself on at all hours and had to be unplugged, constant noise from the very busy due carriageway which is next to the buildings. I was due to stay for 13 nights, but left after 4 due to the noise and smell. I moved to the Premier Inn at an additional cost, which was cleaner and had facilities.

    Sweet and simple place to stay, with a nice atmosphere and good facilities.
    Rooms were clean and comfy, area was fairly quiet and somewhat close to facilities nearby. Overall would stay there again!
    Could have advertised that the bathroom was a tad smaller than normal, but other than that it was pretty good

    Bathroom shower cubicle too small. Full of cobwebs Kettle was dirty. Window sills dirty. Cups dirty. Too expensive compared to premier inn or travelodge
