    The room was nice and a good size. The concierge was wonderful and helped us find the right restaurants and even shared his chocolates.

    Terrible communication, access during Christmas market, bath/toilet room, hard mattress, distance of room from elevators, only two elevators for large hotel . . . just for a start.

    Hotel is good, but overpriced
    Good hotel, amazing location, but it doesnt give you the 5 star feel. The room was small and we booked with a view to the garden although we could barely see the garden and had a bad view. The room had dark carpeted flooring, which didnt feel very clean to me. The bathroom is simple. Id compare this hotel to a sheraton that you go to when on a disney trip.. good but not exceptional. Felt like we overpayed for what it was. That being said, the bed was super comfortable, there was heating in the room, the room service was quite good, check in and check out was smooth, and we could walk to all the best places from there. Also we went there with our Pomeranian and it was indeed very dog friendly. They even had dog bowls waiting in the room for us.

    2 days was not enough.
    Beds wonderful...pillows outstanding. Breakfast lovely...all staff so helpful.
    3 glasses of champagne was 57euros.

    Great location. Short walk to both East/West and North/South transit lines. Easy to get from/to train station. Also short walk to any of the restaurants, shops, and attractions within the Strasbourg "Christmas Village". Staff was awesome.

    Rooms were perfect. Staff were extremely helpful. Excellent location.
    Room was a little hot and breakfast a bit busy but staff did everything they could to make it right

    Excellent service in a convenient location.
    Location, comfortable bed. Staff were excellent , Lucie at reception was extremely helpful when we had difficulty accessing the city by car.

    Comfortable stay
    Very nice service and preparation for guests coming by car. Its really help or we cant get in to the town. Breakfast is fine and delicious.
    The sink in the bathroom is really annoying. Its too easy to splash everywhere. The toilet is also not working well. Its always needed to flash many times.
