The Hotel & Spa REGENT PETITE FRANCE is highly praised for its excellent staff and service, with guests consistently greeted upon entry. The rooms are spacious with powerful showers and complimentary (Read More) toiletries, while the bar offers a great selection of wines. The location is superb, being quiet yet centrally located in the heart of Petite France. The inside parking is secure but expensive. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there are other options available nearby. Overall, guests highly recommend the hotel for its fantastic location and friendly staff.

Location, location, location - modern yet quaint

Location, location, location. Amazing staff. Restaurant, champagne bar, lounge, lobby all amazing.

Rooms big but bathroom design interesting- so sink in toilet and shower door (1/2 door) doesnt keep the water from going outside shower area.

Disappointing NYE experience.

Great location. Rooms and hotel are very nice.

Poor approach re New Years Eve. Bar area closed for most of the afternoon and evening - including for hotel guests. No restaurant, no bar food, nor any room service available... only fixed price NYE dinner at 260 per person. This was not advised when making the booking. We have stayed at this hotel many times; it's noramlly great. However, it isn't acceptable to pay 400 a night per room and not have the bar or food available.

Well located, nice hotel

We received an upgrade from our rooms, always very nice of course. The room was spacious. Breakfast was fine.

We went for a drink in the bar after diner, service was not quite well. We ordered our tea's and 10 minutes later we asked where our teas were and apparantly they were forgotten. There were only 4 tables occupied, so it was not really busy. Also they forgot to give us sugar. Thea costs 7, not even a small cake or chocolate received. The sheets on our bed were not so clean, there was hair on the sheets.

Strasbourg is one of my favorite towns. Regent Petite was lovely. Christmas decorations done with expert taste.

Location. Petite France The staff was outstanding. We had a lost passport problem. They made calls for us. Claire was outstanding. Did what they could to ease our worries.
