    The dining room was too busy. We found that they are now catering for families which made the noise levels in the dining room unacceptable. We have stayed there on many occasions over the years, but would not consider going again.

    Great hotel for families with children, there are plenty of activities and events going around the property. Very nice pool area for kids as well as a nice kids club play area. Breakfast was good but could have done with different options, we have stayed 7 days and it was everyday the same, kind of got tired of having same options everyday.
    More breakfast options, as in different menus every other day at least.

    Lovely hotel in a great location, would certainly book again!
    The facilities were really nice and clean. Really good pool and entertainment
    The food buffet service could have been better. Not a great selection of warm foods

    The staff were all really friendly and attentive. The range of food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The bike storage room was fabulous - big and very well equipped.
    How difficult it was to get access to the bike room sometimes. It could be easily solved by putting a buzzer either side of the gate so that reception staff knew someone wanted in or out.

    Perfect for a quick family vacation.
    Location great. Close to the beach. Great for kids.
    Bed are hard. Needs some refurbishments rooms basic. No tea, coffee or kettle in room.

    Everything.. I got a dirty bed so i made a complain and got another room. The hotel is very old and the beds are super uncomfortable and as well very old... Wouldn't recommend. Typical old all in hotel with tasteless breakfast.

    We made the best of it but I wish we had chosen a different hotel.
    Kids enjoyed the water slides.
    There is not much to do other than water slides. There is a show each night but its late. Food was subpar. I was not impressed with the buffet included at all. There is nothing to do at the hotel other than the water park and the kids club. Kids club hours are very limited.
