Nice place.

We only stayed for a couple of night but it was clean, nice pool area and the room was brilliant.

Basic but nice

Clean comfortable room, good shower, nice pool with dj and good atmosphere. Location is good for those wanting to be near to the strip without the noise of it.

Hotel is up a very steep hill. We managed but it was only for 3 nights. Room did not have a kettle despite requesting one by phone prior to arrival and then again asking on the day at check-in. Still wasn't in the room a few hours later, the male receptionist said "you should have asked earlier, the company we hire from is closed now". Not very helpful. Thankfully a lovely blonde lady was on the desk the next day and much more helpful.

WILL NEVER GO BACK, INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF

We were a little noisy the second night because we couldnt find one of our friends and was afraid something had happened to her. We banged on her door and thankfully she had just fallen asleep on the hotel room. The day after we had to talk to the hotel manager and he told us we would be switching rooms and if we made ONE more noise we had to leave without getting our money back. Even tho we disagreed we accepted it and was really really quiet for the rest of the trip. But the hotel didnt seem to let it go and all of the hotel staff were incredibly rude the rest of the vacation. On of the nights I was drugged down and was going too the hospital and my friends needed my passport. When they went up to the hotel Ethel security guard laughed in their faces and almost didnt want to help. We didnt feel welcome at all at the hotel and it was a relive when we got to go home. The hotel manager was fine it was the other staff that was rude. One time I came from shopping and I was going to my room alone and completely sober. The reseptionist scolded me so bad and made the security guard follow me back to the room. I really felt like a prisoner! Mby it would be better if it had been a different start but we will NEVER go back

Very good

4 night girls holiday

The room was really modern and well equipped and spacious. The beds werent the comfiest but still okie. We stayed here for 4 nights room only. Deposit paid for safe. Supermarket right next door which is ideal and just off the Magaluf strip. We got a last minute deal here at a really good price. Overall good stay at this hotel.

The property is up a steep hill so consider this when booking. It wasnt something that bothered us though really
