    Breakfast is poor for selection, and Christmas dinner was not tasty or with good variety at all. Really long waiting time for dishes in the restaurant

    Nice option!
    Lobby and outlook of the hotel looks very traditional and old, also not the best smell and ventilation on the common areas but the rooms are brand new! Really moderns. Very nice pool and spa area.

    Quiet remote location. Beautiful room and view. Gorgeous setting and environment. Lovely menu and accomodatung staff. Easy access on free bus from hotel to the city centre. Mini market near by. Warm and spacious. Pool and spa was lovely. Receptionist and restaurant staff very kind and pleasant
    Pool very cold. Found empty water bottle in the cot. Nespresso coffee maker hard to use so waitress allowed us to use coffee machine downstairs but chef very rude when used it out of hours.chef rude in general so avoided him.

    Untill an issue at the end I would have said everything. Hotel was great location, room spacious and had great view, daytime receptionist was really good, especially on our arrival with two tired kids, pass for bus came with booking. Nice swimming pool too.
    The gifts we had bought from the Christmas market went from our room, possibly by accident when the cleaners came in. But really put a downer on the holiday for the kids especially, as were gifts for Christmas they had picked for the grandparents. Receptionist tried to help but no luck. Would gone search bins but our bus was leaving

    friendly staff. nice view from the room and overall great atmosphere. clean and spacious rooms. enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

    24 was way too much money for the breakfast. 12 would have been a fair price.
    They waiter at the restaurant, clearly was overwhelmed at diner time. 40 min between appetizers and main course is too long and not having fries with the schnitzel meal is ok but at least give the option and dont just say yeah the kartoffel salat is what it comes with.

    A nice stay with our friends. Nice hotel but needs some improvements.
    Lovely hotel, perfect location.
    Service extremely slow service at dinner. Over an hour wait, with only 4 tables occupied! Shower only a trickle. It said conserving water, but we could bearly get wet! Safe closed shut. Reported but not dealt with.
