    I really liked the fact that it was a apartment. We have 2 kids and usually stay in hotel rooms, this was so much easier bc there was a lot more room for them and it had a whole kitchen so I didn't have to worry about going down for breakfast etc bc I could feed the kids whenever. Liked that there was a washing machine also so could do my own laundry
    It was quite dirty. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable and when pulling them out, underneath them hadn't been cleaned at all. I washed my sheet on the double bed and the sight of the mattress protector underneath was so grim and off-putting, literally yellow stains all over it. You could feel the dirt on the floor which hadn't been cleaned properly either. Also the AC just didn't work for some reason, it kept putting the temperature up itself. Lastly, they did not clean rooms unless you stayed there for at least a week which I personally think is too long, should at least be done every third day

    Convenient and comfortable location for a stay in Birmingham.
    The staff were all very accommodating, personable and friendly. The room was comfortable and had all necessary facilities for a family with young children (including cot and use of a high chair). Parking was convenient. The city centre and Broad Street area is within relatively easy walking distance from the hotel.
    Our only small quibble is that the room could have been a little cleaner. The floor felt dusty underfoot and we found a fake eyelash on the floor from a previous guest.

    Really nice apartments perfect size, nice comfy beds and good facilities. All staff we had dealings with were really friendly
    cleanliness wasnt that great. I dont think they had cleaned the bathroom before our arrival and the floor couldve done with a clean
