    Awesome spot - will definitely stay again!
    - Fun room! Well decorated and appointed. - 2 duvets yay! - Pineapple themed everything including bathrobes and even ceiling! - Our very own Keurig and coffee! - Funky lobby with cool decor - Guest services agent helpful - Neighborhood so pretty (pic attached)
    - Hard to enter hotel with luggage through weird narrow side door as main door was off limits - Hallways a little out of The Shining

    Convenient location from Back Bay Station
    Room was very clean. It was evident that the hotel had recently been renovated. Bathroom was very clean but small. The location was very convenient to the Back Bay Transit Station. Anyone arriving on Amtrak, as I did, can easily walk the two short blocks from the Back Bay Station to the hotel. It is also within easy walking distance to Chinatown.
    The room and bathroom were quite small. With the king size bed, there was scant room for opening up one suitcase. If there should be two travelers with suitcases, they would need to do some juggling and rearranging. The "mandatory convenience fee" of about $20/day was also an unpleasant surprise. It was explained that this fee covered their WiFi service and also the supply of bottled water in the room. There was no ability to opt out of this. Why not just build this into the room rate?

    The room was comfortable, and quiet and had a really pleasant, sweet vibe. Particularly, the comforters were excellent.

    The room was perfect, providing all I needed. The location was close to everything but not too close that there was a lot of traffic.
