    Nice hotel, great location, and helpful staff.
    The location is inside the Case Western Reserve University. It is safe and convenient. It is only 4 minutes away from the famous Cleveland Museum of Art, where we spent a lot of time. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel rate is very reasonable. The breakfast is included and very good.
    We are here between Christmas and New Year. The air condition in our room is sometimes very loud when heating up in the evening. Not sure whether it is only specific to our room, or in general to the hotel.

    Perfect except for soundproofing.
    Breakfast was outstanding!
    The walls are so thin. Can hear loud talkers in next room. Kept us awake! This hotel seems to have a reputation for this. Anyway to add soundproofing?

    Comfortable option in a great area
    Very attractive building and area. Friendly welcome and the cleaning staff in the corridors were also noticeably cheerful. Very comfortable room. Massive TV. Lots of nice activities in the area. Near a very good restaurant, L'Albatros.
    Doesn't have many facilities but that comes with the nature of the old building. Breakfast is just about ok.

    Beautifully decorated for Christmas; has charm; clean; proximity to the art museum- was able to walk there from the Glidden House (5 minutes). The breakfast was great with many options.
    Would be nice to have a larger sitting area with couches.
