Would never go back to this hotel.

Did not like the property at all!!

Our room was literally 96 degrees and the heat wouldnt turn off! We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man twice and he couldnt get it to turn off I requested room change and it was as bad as the first room. I ended up opening a window and got sick from the cold night air.

Does anybody work here???

The room was clean and adequate.

I tried to call for help connecting the internet and nobody answered. I also called for room service 5 times and nobody EVER answered the phone! Same calling the front desk and concierge.

Clean, comfortable good location

I rented this room for girls night out/party. I love the fact that we had a kitchenette and sofa separate from the sleeping area. It felt private.

I did not realize that this was a different branch of the Intercontinental Hotel so I showed up to the wrong location which was a bit disappointing because if Im being honest, the other location is much much nicer. You are required to Dale because there is no street parking. The charge was $24. once in the room, I kid you not it was 95 in there. They did not have a functioning air conditioner at the time so we had to prop open the windows. They were very tiny, and I do not realistically think you could fit two people comfortably into them.

location was okay, about 15 minutes from downtown. however i would stay again since it was easy to make it into the city.

not too much to do around the location of the hotel. the price was a bit steep but the room and accommodations were great.
