    The InterContinental Cleveland provided exceptional service and accommodations for a guest who was there for eye surgery, allowing them to check in early and rest. The rooms were immaculate and comfo (Read More)rtable, with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel was also praised for its quiet and peaceful environment. The convenience of being connected to the Cleveland Clinic skyway was appreciated, especially during a winter storm. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food and dining experiences were excellent. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.
