Would stay again

The customer service was excellent. It's a very nice & modern facility. I love the fire pit. The location was perfect for us to get to the Cavs game easily.

The sheets were stained on both beds. The light above the nightstand didn't work.

Very poor

The room was spacious, but there was no chair to sit on or couch or something.

Complaining coffee was cold, and so was water. The elevator hardly worked, and we were on the 3rd floor!

Under the conditions we had to be in Cleveland it was nice to see all the friendly faces every day

Place was clean and comfortable. Entire staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Had to extend our stay twice, staff made arrangements to keep us in the same room. Breakfast was good and fresh also kept clean!
