A good place - Price is High and you Will Pay for Valet Parking!

The room is fine - a bit on the small side. The rooms are clean and the location is good. The price is too high for you get but it is a big city so it comes with the territory. Overall a nice stay. Be prepared to pay for the valet parking!

The parking fee of $37 is not mentioned anywhere.

the proximity to everything

lacks coziness in the rooms, when you arrive at mid-day, the restaurant is closed for lunch. They lack sitting areas in the main entrance, not a lot to do in the morning at hotel.

Fantastic place to stay,

Easy check in, valet parking, Extra large room with separate bedroom with King bed. Great view over the plaza, easy walk to the lake front and Rock n roll hall of fame Free drinks and snacks at 5,30, plus free Breakfast each morning.

Glasses and no tea facilities in the room. There was a coffee maker, but quite bitter.

Fantastic location, neat renovated building, huge rooms and great value with free meals

Tremendous value, with the free breakfast, free dinner and happy hour with 2 drinks. Also, location was superb, as we were able to walk to the Cavaliers game, and free currency museum was right across the road. Easy walk to the Arcade, and Heinen's too. Our room, 2 Queen Beds was HUGE as well.

Valet parking was a little expensive at $37/night, BUT the valet crew were fantastic at getting our car quickly and efficiently. Some mornings they even had it running, so it was warm when we got in

I was positively surprised that they offered complimentary dinner! Other than that, the pool was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the nearest bus stop wasn't very far away. The general ambiance was great as well.

The food was probably not the healthiest. I also found the mandatory $50 deposit weird. I had no intentions of using the room service or anything like that (and ultimately I ended up not using it), so requiring me to put down a deposit in case I would felt unnecessary.
