    More than likely wont stay again.
    Location was nice
    We were there for an event. Check in was at 3 and we didnt get into the room until almost 5 pm. Tried to talk with someone about noise throughout the night and was told I had to deal with it because there was nothing they could do.

    Good location, reasonable price.
    Good location; walking distance to most sites . 12:00 PM checkout and breakfast until 10:00. Heather at the front desk was very nice.
    Had to read the fine print to see that we needed to request a room with a fridge and/or microwave.

    Okay for a short stay in Downtown Cleveland
    The location in downtown Cleveland is superb. This property certainly lived up to Hampton Inn's reputation for well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly. The contactless check-in and smartphone activated lock are a great idea but not always 100% reliable.
    The breakfast buffet is dreadful: very poor variety, no fresh fruits or vegetable options, uninspired breads and tiny muffins --- hardly worth the bother. Even the coffee was only average. The free internet was slow and frequently dropped. The absence of daily housekeeping service -- with limited service available only on request -- also was a disappointment. These aspects failed to meet my expectations, but were only minor annoyances.
