Valet parking-there was only one person on staff at 4pm on NYE. That seems ridiculous in that it took a long time for the car to be parked.
Breakfast-the glasses were dirty and there was sediment in the bottom of the glasses.

Very close to arena
They did not have the rooms that we booked several months in advance available for us. We are 2 families of nine people total and they only had one room available that barely fits 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived around 10 pm and they blamed booking.com for this saying that booking.com does that a lot!!. They actually told us to call and complain at booking.com. The nighttime manager whose name I believe was Joy was unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to book 2 rooms at another hotel to accommodate all 9 of us. Overall a very bad experience. Highly highly NOT recommended.

Wonderful stay with my children
The room was very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and loved the location.
We had trouble getting car to the hotel on account of the fieldhouse letting out cars, so the road was closed briefly. That was my bad timing though.

I love the proximity to the Cavs game! Also love the hotel decor. The Cleveland wallpaper in the bathroom was cool and I loved the holiday decorations in The Market, also appreciative of the cell phone charging station there.
Nothing honestly. I did miss the parking garage that used to be there, but the valet was very kind and helpful.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want to stay warm in the winter.
Breakfast and location.
No heating in first room. Staff kindly moved us to another room. But the heating system is very old, it works sporadically and we were cold all night. Also, only valet parking is available for a hefty fee

My 1st night one of the managers seems to have a attitude. A couple of ppl noticed it. But the morning manager was GREAT. I don't know here name. But she checked me out.
