There is a bar so that guests can enjoy a drink. There is also a lounge to relax in, and a patio area in the garden. Skegness shopping centre and the Clock Tower can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Skegness Rail Station is less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

    The lady was so welcoming and polite Needed to stay an extra two days and she sorted very swiftly The room was really clean.... tea coffee sugar in room and if run out downstairs has access to more where you help yourself Heating was helpful as I didn't bring enough clothes for the days so washed and dryed on heaters Toilets showers clean I didn't want to get out showers All round really nice place to stay you won't be disappointed I don't know the owners names but thank you both for the pleasant stay.

    Not the best but served a purpose
    It was ok average
    The car park needs upgrading old fashioned stairs were unsuitable with a stairs left taking up most of them and there was no body to speak to

    One of the most comfy bed i have ever slept on! Room was lovely too.
    Bedside table plugs didn't work so couldn't charge my phone in bed but other plugs worked fine so wasn't an issue really
