    The owner was very friendly. The property was clean and comfortable.
    We went to a relatives for breakfast but the location was excellent.
    There wasnt anything that we didnt like.

    The location , The place its self and staff are amazing both my partner and i travel alot and this is the best we have ever seen. Spotless and welcoming this is how a b&b should be done cannot wait to stay again.

    Mayfair was the perfect place for me to stay during my time at Skegness. It was friendly and the rooms were clean, bed really comfortable.

    We were greeted with a smile which was nice. I was very happy with the size of the room we stayed in, very spacious. Very pleased we had parking so I didn't need to move my car.
    A little disappointed with the shower pressure and size of the shower cubicle. Other than that, everything was spot on.
