    The ice skating rink and meeting Santa was great.p
    The food in crush lounge was not good. My Burger came rare and my child's chicken nuggets came burnt. Fry's were super soggy undercooked.

    It was a horrible stay dealing with unprofessional workers.
    The property was ok
    I have a long lists of dislike about the property. 1. Checking in is horrible, I booked 2 rooms for family with kids. Front desk takes 45 minutes to figure things out. Manager promised to give us a room closed together settled to 1 room and will call us back to pick up the other key. 2. All the amenities were full. You have to make a reservation for each one. 3. On pick up for 2nd room key, they asked so many questions and not give us a room close together anyway. It took another 45 minutes to check in again. The managers and front desk are all liars. 4. On check out, it took another 45 minutes just to discuss all the added bills with the restaurant and the stay. Its the worst hotel Ive even been. I am supposed to get a $80 refund back and I never got it. Its been 2 weeks. I dont recommend this hotel. It is a total ripped off The front desk are unprofessional . They wont care about their customersI will never go back.

    would not stay again. Very disappointed for what it cost.
    location close to town
    Very run down, in need of major renovations. Room average at best. Looks like no upgrades since initial construction. Very poor for the price. Also the spa is very overpriced for the amenities. also you have to leave the spa and go across the street to get to pool.

    I enjoyed my stay. Great location . I would visit again.
    I liked the location. A nice establishment. Clean, roomy, classy. I would visit it again.
    I did not like that everything closed early. The only bar was extremely crowded, not enough staff & closed early. With nothing else really being around? it would be nice if the lounge & the bowling alley had later hours.

    I wouldnt recommend this property. The rooms and property are very dated. The hotel is like a factory. Very busy, no personal touch. My room also wasnt cleaned properly.

    Adults only pool & hot tub closes at 10pm!
    Adult's only Pool & outdoor jacuzzi which closed at 10pm. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was spacious, decorated to theme and nice and cool, no need for aircon. Had Coffee machine and complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Free parking. Different areas/restaurants/bars/patios to hangout and do things.
    The signage at the pool side made if feel like a children's leisure centre. If you have a room on the ground floor, you may have a view of the vineyards but will be thru the carpark. The patio outdoor furniture was tired. Cost of the wine at the restaurant Olive & Hay was expensive seeing that we were in wine country.

    The pool service was awesome. The pool was nice
    It was enjoyable. For the amount we paid I just thought the room would feel a bit more posh. The patio chairs were dirty and I didnt even want to sit on them.

    Nice place to stay for a quick little getaway. Liked Olive & Hay restaurant.
    Grabbed a quick cup of coffee was convenient.
    Didnt have bananas on our second morning.

    Lovely room, comfortable bed, great view!
    The breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional. Checked into room at arrival even though a few hours early. Allowed us to start our day in Napa early to see additional wineries. Staff was very welcoming.
    Pool deck was sloppy at end of day
