Room hygiene needs to be improved

Only thing that was good about the property is the gym and tennis. Everything else was well below average.

Room was only half cleaned, toilet not cleaned and bin not emptied. Toilet paper, shower gel was never refilled, I had to call front desk everyday to get things. Floor was not cleaned at all and the towels where not changed. Breakfast was below average, food was never replenished until asked. Not much around so we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the wait for the food was always around 40 mins to an hour and always warm or cold. It seems they wait for every dish to be ready before serving the whole lot in one go. The soup was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. The pool is in an enclosed area and very small, games room and kids club is also very small, just a small room, nothing like the photos. I will not stay here again, probably just book day tennis and stay at a nicer resort. Outside Tennis court was free for one hour for each room booking but they said they changed the policy starting 1 Jan 2024 but this was never communicated so we felt a bit scammed.

Superb

Very clean and budget friendly hotel.

Its a secluded location. Very far from all the places. They have free shuttle to town though

The rooms are nice. Decent view.

A bit isolated. Not much to do in the area. Advertises a s a sports resort, but it's mainly for tennis fanatics.

The rooms are quite spacious and quite comfortable, other than that everything was pretty average

I was charged 1000 baht for idk how but unclean bedsheets. From our guess the linen of my wife had color problem but still to charge this to a guest and that too at the time of checkout without showing it at first. Also the location is quite awful as there is nothing nearby except bus station
