    Quiet. Warm. Reliable Internet. Parking right by the room. Large room. Large and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. No bright lights inside the room at night. Good location near M1/M42 interchange. Excellent dinner. Friendly staff.

    A very welcoming place with everything we needed.
    Very spacious comfortable room with great decor and lovely bathroom. Good choice of hot drinks which could be made in the room.
    The duvet was very heavy and we felt too hot in the night despite turning the radiator off.

    Other than the employee at check in, everyone was super kind and professional.
    Quaint, quiet and on-site dining.
    Check-in. Could not check in early, there was no where secure to leave my luggage for 5 hours until check in. I understand I could not check in early but the employee was very dismissive so my initial opinion was very low.

    Brilliant place.
    Everything! The rooms are wonderful, with top quality furniture and bedding and beautiful bathrooms. Great breakfast, charming staff, superb value. Felt more like a holiday than a work trip.

    It was great but not the best
    The location was great. I liked the person who served us breakfast shes nice. Dont know her name but mid aged women with short hair. The first day we got theres a young lady with long hair very mean person. She shouldnt be greeting people to check in
    I was without heater for 2 nights. They didnt set the room up for guests, however the 3rd day when I expressed my concern the room got really warm
