    Gave clothes to the laundry. They added some chemicals and now clothes are damaged. 2 pairs of pants, sweater, t-shirt, baby pants are in trash now. All they said was "sorry it's an accident"

    The room had a good size and overall good comfort. For one night it was ok!
    The breakfast was really limited and not the best. The staff was not the friendliest and not the easiest to communicate with, although straight to the point in the check-in process. Bare in mind the area is quite strange - it's a renovated area but still empty so it looks like a ghost town. Due to that, you don't have any restaurants around so you need to take a grab or taxi to move around.

    The place is very close to the beach. Very nice jacuzzi on the rooftop. Good laundry. English speaking personnel. Own balcony. Clean and comfy.
    Loud noise in the evening from the beach club if you keep windows open.

    Awesome destinatiom and good quality and great value for money.
    The staff were very helpful and also arranged late checkout so ee could finish our activity. They also arranged motorcyvle hire and 1/2 day viewing cruise which was awesome. Halong is a lovely destination and I was glad we didnt do the ovrrnight cruise.

    Do not do your laundry here
    Don't do your laundry here. We asked them to do our laundry and the results where catastrophical. Not only was a quarter of the laundry not done and still dirty, they also managed to leave a lot of stains on our clothes. We adressed the receptionist about this and they tried to fix it, but they failed and made it worse. We also still had to pay a lot for laundry even though the damage was done. We tried to lower the laundry fee, but we ended up in a healthful argument where no one was happy. Really disappointed in the service. This accident ruined our stay... and our clothes.
