    Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and hot showers, heaters in rooms in case cold. Staff v helpful. We checked in early no problems. Peaceful area. Would definitely stay again.

    Disappointed, would never stay again.
    Breakfast, that was all.
    The heating is turned off at night and in the afternoon, so when in room in afternoon had to wear coat to keep warm. Cold at night too, also draughty due to window being rotted. Alway/stairs not cleaned, mud on all carpets up the stairs.

    Peaceful night.
    It was nice a quiet at night, staff were friendly, good choice for breakfast although my son was expecting a bigger full English, I guess you can't please everyone.
    There was a huge cobweb on the window & wall paper cobweb & wall paper coming off the walls near the beds but not a problem as we were only there to sleep.

    Cosy friendly place that caters well for us fussy Vegans, even supplying Oat milk sachets at the communal coffee machine. International friendly staff.

    Staff friendly, helpful, smiley.
    Bedroom floor stained, room too cold or too hot, although the heating had been 'turned off in error' for part of our stay. Shower scale dripping from the shower head - assume the deluxe room not used regularly. All areas need a good redecoration - all a bit untidy and worn looking. This hotel could do really well if it had a restaurant and/or bar, and has the room to do this.
