Very poor

There was a dog there who ran at our daughter and tried to bite her twice, our daughter who loves all animals is now terrified to be near any other dogs Staff was by no means capable of the job - nobody knows anything. Lacks training in all areas! I've worked as a tour guide and stayed at all sorts of hotels around southern africa and this place is by far the worst I've experienced... Chaos Food in restaurant was absolutely terrible!

Underwhelming

The lamb chops we had for dinner were really good! And so was the steak. Thank you to the kitchen for accommodating us. Breakfast AND dinner were included which was a nice surprise.

There was no toilet paper in the chalet. We had to ask for it. Only one towel provided for two people. We asked for another one. One of the beds was broken.The chalets look outdated and not maintained well.
