    My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.Ideally located for work.
    The hotel was ideally situated for shops and my work.
    The property was clean and tidy but slightly dated in appearance but otherwise value for money.

    A good value place to stay with spotlessly clean rooms and an excellent breakfast.
    My room was fresh and spotlessly clean and the furnishing modern. The breakfast was very generous and tasty.
    The reception area needs a refurb and a fresh pair of eyes to see what impression it gives. Being a series of old buildings your journey to your room involves lots of stairs and a good sense of direction :-)

    Staff were brilliant and couldn't help enough. The room was immaculate, and even though it is on a main road, there isn't much noise at all.

    Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff who really do go the extra mile. I didn't feel well and had a long return journey home. They provided me with a packed lunch, which was so thoughtful and kind.

    Cosy, warm and centrally located
    Breakfast was excellent and everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
    A little bit complicated with no lift but I was fully aware of that before arrival!

    This was a last minute booking as I was stranded with all trains cancelled and I had an incredibly warm welcome and felt
    The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved the central location and the obvious history to the building.
