    The Ancient Gatehouse & Rugantino Restaurant has a perfect location with amazing views. Some rooms have thin walls, allowing noise from other rooms to be heard. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated. St (Read More)aff are polite. The vegetarian breakfast is considered expensive, better to visit local coffee shops. The hotel is dog-friendly and offers stunning views from most rooms. The fire alarm system is good, but internal stairs are steep and narrow. Convenient for visitors to Wells music school. Close to Wells Cathedral.
