    Gem of a Place!
    The Victoria is a Gem of a place! The best place in Mablethorpe by far! Clean modern rooms with excellent location with an added bonus of a Sauna and Jacuzzi! Hot showers and everything you need for a comfortable stay with free and quality wifi,hair dryer and tv in room. We didn't try the food or the bar when we was there as we ate out with family that we were visiting but i doubt you would be disappointed. Highly recommended will definitely be staying again when we are in the area.

    Very disappointed.
    Very little.
    You have to check in at the bar. Breakfast doesnt start until 0830 with no deviation. The mattresses are worn out. Little heating in the room; it was freezing by 2300. No heating in the en-suite and no option of a heated towel rail to hang damp towels. It was absolutely freezing in the morning. Decor is very tired. Fire doors propped open. Off street parking only suitable for 2 cars; limited on street parking. Nobody around to hand key back to on checkout at 0730. Noisy bar downstairs. Room decor very tired; great if you like 1070s wallpaper and walls and ceilings in magnolia. Kept awake by smoke detector beeping all night. Boxes and spare laundry piled up in the corridors. If youre there with a family, be aware that the bar is the only comfy seating area and you will have to navigate drunk locals.

    Very welcoming and enjoyable stay
    Located close to the town centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast available if required and bar available until 10 pm. Property very clean , tidy and quirky.
