The location is great! Also the building facility. The staff are helpful.

Honestly we're dissappointed with the menu and food during new year eve. With that kind of price, we expected to get better quality of food in terms of standard cooking and presentation and cooking raw materials. You have amazing building facility, please work more on your f&b department.

Very good

All in all we had a great experience.

Its a beautiful place, a bit of magic to it. Very tranquil. We had good food in the restaurant, tried the spa massage and hot tub. There is a beautiful yoga room where we did yoga to a magnificent view.

The staff is friendly but a bit unorganised. I think we paid over price for the Mount Batur trekking when we booked through the hotel.

My favorite place Kintamani

- amazing location - resto is good, serving is quick - you can ask for a blanket if you forgot warm clothes - all personnel is very friendly and take care about everything

- rooms are wooden so if someone downstairs have crying children youll hear it - there were thousands of flies - such a period happened during fruit season. Impossible to eat during the breakfast
