    Great place to stay - well worth it. Just have dinner in town.
    Lovely place to stay. Stunning roof terrace. Staff are wonderful and couldnt have been more helpful - they really made the stay. Short Uber or cycle to Freo central and right on the riverside for an evening stroll or morning run.
    My room was dark. The only natural light or indeed ventilation only possible by opening the curtain or front door which open onto the shared walkway. Privacy vs light/air. Let down by the restaurant service. Sat down for a drink before dinner. Waited 10 minutes (there was 1 other person sat down, so not busy) before getting up and walking back inside to ask where I should order a drink. Was told to go to the bar myself as it would be quicker than ordering through the wait staff. I asked for a dinner menu. Got my drink, sat down and waited. After another 15 minutes, went and found my own menu. When the waitress walked by I told her Id found one. She told me that as Id gone to get my own beer she assumed Id read the menu in the bar and didnt need to bring me one. Not once asking if I wanted to order. I went into town to get dinner in the end.

    Friendly and helpful staff . Nice view at rooftop . Can jog by the Marina during stay .
    The size of the 2 bedroom suite is a bit too small . Not sure if pricing is hike up as I stay over Christmas . Not value for money in terms of the rate I am paying .

    Staff were very nice and accomodating to our needs especially the restaurant manager that sorted a minor matter in a friendly and proffesional manor.

    Nice hotel but be mindful of room price changing
    Lovely rooms, nice views of the river.
    Unfortunately we booked our room for $400 a night over 6 months prior to our stay. When I checked on booking.com the same room was available for $200. Generally we would hope that booking in advance would save us money. The staff were unwilling to negotiate on this. So I would recommend booking closer to your stay to avoid paying significantly more money.

    Lovely hotel, the restaurant lets it down
    The location, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and the hotel staff are very attentive, helpful and kind. It is very clean and the pool is nice.
    The restaurant/room service menu is odd. Its a miss match of ideas poorly executed. The food itself is very average and not thought out. For example, the charcuterie board is about $50 and there is chewy cold meats and wedges of liver pate that are supermarket brand quality and awful pickles and paste. Instead of bread or crackers the board was accompanied by skinny bread sticks?? Warm salads with cold prawns? Unusual breakfast options, burnt toast. There is also very little options for children and over the week stay, the portion sizes changed.
