Chairs both inside and in our courtyard are grossly uncomfortable. Couldn't relax to read without suffering extreme dis comfort.
There were two of us, yet the mini bar provided only one miniature bottle of white wine. It provided two of all the sugary drinks. We didn't avail ourselves of it at all. 'Free' is all very well, but the miserable choices let you down.
The breakfast was minimal, but with good quality pastries. We requested breakfast in our room on only one occasion, as we had an early train to catch. We chose the earliest option on the card, which was 7 a.m. Breakfast didn't arrive. I had to go to Cafe at 7.15 and bring it back myself. When I challenged this error, I was told by staff that they only open at 7 a.m. Why then offer the option of delivery to room at 7 a.m. if this is not possible?
The space for clothes is very tight. We were there for a week and we had to leave most of our clothes in suitcases.
For the price you charge, you need to improve your comfort and service. It felt like the hotel is managed by an accountant rather than by someone who is cognisant of customers' comfort and needs.
I was planning another trip to Fremantle next year en route to Europe and on our return from Europe for a few days' stay.
Our overall experience would not encourage us to rebook with you.
It's a shame, really, as it is the little things that let you down.
