Please be advised that if you do stay here, THEY REALLY DO HAVE BUGS!! I had the worst experience staying at this place. I was having a girls weekend with my daughter during the zombie crawl. We checked in on Saturday afternoon. We didnt spend much time in the room until later that evening, when we got done with the parade. That is when we realized our room was infested with red wasps and other bugs. I called the front desk to let them know, and the lady on the phone did not give me any useful or logical solutions, as I am very allergic to red wasps. The lady then told me that if I didnt stay the night, we would be refunded, so we left and drove home at 11 p.m. in the fog and rain to our home over an hour away. I have yet to be refunded, and they have disputed with Booking.com, saying that none of that is true and that they have no bugs, and we stayed. Not only do they lie to and gaslight their customers, but they also refuse to have any accountability for the issues that happen on their property. There are several other reviews stating they also dealt with bugs and the owners refusing to do anything. How many people can say the same thing before you stop lying and address the issue? I can guarantee you that my review will also be answered with lies and by being gaslit. If you want to run a hospitality business, please understand that you are not always going to be right and that you will need to compensate people for the issues they deal with instead of stealing their money. Fix the problem or hold yourself accountable for the terrible rooms and service you provide.
