Very nice and clean place to stay. Great staff.

Close to USC and downtown LA. Very clean.

The only thing that bothered me was that there was no slippers in the room, and I had to walk with barefoot in the room, even in the bathroom.

It greatly exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

We arrived late in the evening, with two small kids. The staff was kind and got us in our room quickly. We were able to order room service. It was fast, reasonably priced and tasty! The room was clean and we could see the Endeavors rocket boosters from our window! Seeing the Endeavor before it went off display was our purpose for the visit. We felt safe parking our car and walking from the hotel to the museum. All in all, it was probably one of my best hotel experiences.

The water in the shower fluctuated in temp and pressure. It was manageable, but hard to get baths the right temp for the kids.

Nobody ever answered the front desk phone. Even when I asked about it, they said they would send someone up to look at my phone but never did.

It was comfortable and great!

I loved how staff were attentive and understanding. Also, our TV was not working in the room and they reimbursed with breakfast, overall great experience. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and I appreciate all their work!

I did not like how booking.com writes the description for a double room / double bed and it's confusing. I thought it was two rooms but it was one. Next time I will double check before using booking.com.

Unexpectedly Wonderful!

I travel for a living, and was surprised at how nice this hotel was for the value. Super friendly staff; clean, modern and so festively decorated for the holidays. Beautiful!! Excellent location if you are going to a show at THE Shrine Auditorium. Incredible toiletries given - more than even the fanciest hotels I've stayed in. Always impressed with a lot mirror in the bathroom, too. So happy with USC Hotel! Definitely will be staying again anytime I come back to LA.
