    They cancelled my booking without informing me mentioning credit card did not work. At the late night i bound to go other hotel. They were blaming Bokking.com for the cancellation. I did not receive any information from Booking.com also.

    Uncomfortable staying , especially tiny bathroom.

    Super expensive, they even charge 50 bucks for the parking per night!! I paid 300 dollars for one night. And not enough towels, empty bottle of conditioner, not good quality of breakfast. I dont want to come back next time.

    Good hotel in a good surrounding. The hotel must be aware to keep to standard
    The location was great. Little Tokio and the Broadway make a nice surrounding. The hotel is classic and nice
    The shower was very reluctant to give hot water sometimes it took over 5 minutes to reach moderate warm. That costed alot of water which does not go with the idea of spending less water

    Second stay here but probably will be my last.
    Comfy beds and good location downtown.
    The power was out on our floor for an hour. The bathtub was dirty. Wallpaper was peeling. Front desk didnt tell us how to connect to WiFi. No do not disturb card in room.

    Poor customer service and when we came back to our room after being out all day, it hadnt been made. Thanks to the staf
    Beds were comfortable and it had a beautiful Japanese Garden.
    The customer service at the place was the worst wed encountered anywhere in the world, the worst offender was the African American woman at Reception. She really shouldnt be in hospitality; did not crack a smile and was rude in general. They also had a union staff strike which made things much worse. The staff were picketing from 4.00am with trumpets starting on a Sunday morning ( the day after we arrived from a 14 hr flight). The location was good to get us to a game at Crypto. com arena but too far from Hollywood and other areas of visit. Also the room didnt have bathrobes or slippers (available in all 3-5 star hotels in Australia and Asia). No water, no tea nor coffee either.
