Superb

Love this place.

Centrally located, comfortable, and everyone working there was very kind and helpful. Also, quite considering its smack in the center of a number of pubs and shops. The staff was super accommodating, moving me to a lower floor because of my heavy luggage. I also suffered a medical emergency during my stay and they bent over backward to get me a ride to the hospital, and then packing up my stuff in my room so that I didnt have to pay for more days just for my luggage. Lovely lovely people.

I cant speak highly enough about the staff. There is nothing I disliked.

The location is great.

No variation for breakfast. It definitely not what I imagined for a FOUR stars hotel. Not worth it.

Convenient. Excellent location. Could be cheaper.

Perfect location. Easy to find. Convenient.

Bathroom needs a clean. Beds were a bit hard. Reception was a bit dry. Could be a bit cheaper.

Very good

Amazing location! Clean and tidy with nice amenities. They allowed us to store luggage for a few hours after check out. Night staff, John, was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Disappointing

Great location but not great value for money

Reception desk were helpful

We were given a accessible room when we didnt need nor intend to have one which led us to have a shower/toilet room we didnt know how to use or enjoy. The public toilet was also located outside our room which was being used throughout the night by other guests/reception which woke us up.

Lovely location but facilities were unfortunately disappointing for what we paid.

The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and well equipped.

There was not very much noise control and we were disturbed by other guests a lot. The tv stopped working randomly and wouldnt switch off. The shower was lukewarm and the controls were fixed so we couldnt make it warmer. This made for quite an unpleasant stay unfortunately given the cold weather outside.
