Totally average in Tamarin

After moving rooms for the third time the bed we ended up with is what we paid for and was very comfortable. Nice addition was the table tennis and very good aircon and fan in the room.

The place is extremely run down. Many of the sun deck beds are broken and in urgent need of overhaul and repair. The fabric is coming apart at the seams. The awnings on the ground floor room and full of mould and old and have wear and tear. The all inclusive package offer MRU400 towards lunch at their restaurant if you arent doing a very mediocre buffet (lots of starch) BUT what they dont tell you is any tapas you order doesnt count towards the 400 rupees allowance. So if a tapas is 500 rupees, you dont pay in 100 rupees. You pay the full 500 rupees. There are two different bars. The main bar next to the restaurant and then the pool bar on the opposite side. The pool bar drinks are minimal and if youd like something that only the main bar offers, you need to ask them to pls organize it, otherwise the bar staff expect you to go from the pool bar yourself and get it. There were a few gems who served us and had great customer service, just cannot remember their names. The food in general was very average, compared to what you pay for. Overall a very average experience unfortunately. Lots of people smoking at the pool area and outdoors in the resort which was difficult as my husband is asthmatic and smoke triggers it badly. The staff did however try and assist where they could, which were grateful for.

Friendly staff, premium location, excellent activities, and a nice band every evening at the crazy fish bar.

Memorable family holiday in a unique hotel.

The presentation & holiday vibe was as we expected. The cleanliness & upkeep was very good, hard working staff worked quietly in the background to ensure the surroundings were kept clean all the time.

The decor was beautiful & the pools were most enjoyable.

Not as expected!

The dolphin Tour with "lokal adventures" is highly recommended The rooms are nice designed but unfortunatley you hear every noise and music from outside. The Gym was good

This is a hotel for "all inclusive tourists" and has nothing to do with a sustainable surfer hotel. The average age is 50+ Party up to two a clock in the morning. If you like it very good if not you still have the party in your room as the roof is made by nature and very thin We had a cockroach in our bed Price is way too high!
