Before entering the property the code that was given was wrong so we had to guess the code and some how entered the property we even tried calling all available numbers that was given to us didnt even work or did not connect.
The beds was so uncomfortable to sleep on the sheets felt damp and where every thin.
The cleaning area wasnt fully that great even the pillows had marks on them ( have photos to prove all these comments)
The door at the back doesnt shut properly, the building had a few patches on the walls looked like a quick job was done.
Top room bathroom when turning the fan on made a horrible sound as well as there was mould building up on top window.
The pool heating was not working even found a cigarette bud on the floor at the back as well didnt say on email about cleaning and taking rubbish out like I dont mind doing it but please explain in email before hand because we was wondering what we pay for cleaning service for.
Just a lot of stuff had a few issues for the amount of money we paid for.
Found a toe nail on the sofa as well the first aid kit was completely empty.
