    Room 1224 in my opinion has to be one of the most beautiful rooms I've started in the view is spectacular the food every day was so plentiful and prepared perfectly

    We asked for a room change. The staff did a great job in facilitating us. Moved everything for us for which we were most greatfull. The new room fit our needs a lot better.
    Poor Wi-Fi reception in bedroom. It was excellent in lobby however.

    A very comfortable stay with plenty of entertainment, professional service that provide for all needs & requests.
    A traditional hotel with all options required for each individual stay. We chose to go all-inclusive as we were travelling with a 5month old baby. We loved the space throughout the hotel and loads of areas to chill out, feed and sit around with baby. We really loved that it was on the beach so again loads of space to walk our baby around.
    The pool side bar advertises that it serves lunch from 3 to 4p.m. when we missed the main restaurant lunch dining times. We needed lunch after a long walk but the manager said the kitchen closed at 3.45. Although this is a small problem for some, we had a hungry tired baby so a it was bit stressful trying to go and find food outside the hotel. But again this isnt a complaint, there are plenty of times to get food in the hotel. Timings are everything for families with young babies, so just make sure to check dining times!
