Exceptional

Really pleasant stay , I loved it .

The Homing Team were excellent to deal with very professional, the location was fantastic really private and safe. The outside area is absolutely stunning. The Villa is dated but I really liked the layout and I prefer dated, but it may not suit everyones taste.

The driveway was annoying, the wrong gate is being used as the entrance. Maybe a few more wine glasses, and a good overall clean.

Very good

Lovely villa, nice pool & gardens. The beds were very comfortable. The area was very quiet. Lovely restaurant around the corner. The Marina was only a 35 minute walk with plenty of restaurants. Golf course 5 mins away from villa.

Could have done with larger water & wine glasses. Some table cloths & more tea towels would have been nice.

we enjoyed our stay in Vilamoura, a beautiful place but it could have been enhanced with a more inviting place to relax

lovely location, not very far from vilamoura

overall the property was very tired and unclean. only had cups for 3 people and one wine glass! the villa was intended for 6. Lots of ants in the property which we had to sweep daily. no welcome pack to the house or the area. was told someone would meet us at the property and we had to call to be given a code to the key box. two driveways to the property and the one to the main door blocked off with an advertising board which meant having to walk over grass in the dark to reach the entrance. pool was dirty and many lights didnt work.

Villa is a 35 minute walk to Marina but we didn't mind that, area was very quiet, property was clean and well looked after, kids loved the pool, which is one of the main reasons we booked it

The ants.... they were impossible to miss

Pleasant stay

Easy no contact check in! and very good communication from the hosts. Pool was really clean the whole time we was there. Beds are comfy and you actually get a thin duvet rather than the usual thin sheets which was a nice change. Late check out at additional cost which was great for our last day! Directly under a flight path so you can see the planes coming in and going out which is was quite frequent and loud but didn't mind it. Sun allll day from first thing in the morning until last at night! Pool is in shade until about 2pm

Ants!! I'm not sure where the infestation of ants where coming from, it was mainly in the downstairs bathroom weirdly and the table and chairs, and some managed their way into the beds. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the holes in the skirting board. Defiantly needs a few things upgrading such as new sun loungers as the ones provided where dirty or stained. Towel rack in the shower is no longer metal as it's eroded so unable to use. Table and chairs inside and outside are a bit wobbly. Does look like the pictures provided though. Quite noisy from early in the morning as there's construction work being done on the villa next door but one and also infront. The bar Willies is also open till about midnight and you can hear the music clear as day (not every day) and it is a neighbourhood of dogs so be aware of the barking haha. Quite close to the neighbours each side and they can see through the hedges into the garden so not much privacy but didn't see them much.
