    A nice getta way place!
    It was big but with diffrent houses and therefore still cosy.
    Too hot in the public rooms and indoor the first room we had. The window couldnt ne opened. Horrible. We had to put the aircondition on and had to sleep with the noice of it. It stayed hot and we couldnt sleep properly. We then ask to change room and we got a bigger one with balcony.

    Breakfast was amazing. Bed was comfortable.
    Huge, almost empty, family room (quite old TV of thd smaller size was extremely far from the sofa), you could see that it was a converted apartment. There was a kitchen (with empty cabinets), even though after booking I received 2 messages that there would be no kitchen and if I wanted one I had to request it and pay 50 franks extra. Well, I've got a kitchen (I do not think I was charged for it), but not even a coffee machine and coffee, which was a disappointment. Broken things in the bathroom, swollen wood of cabinets in the bathroom. I am not sure why this hotel has 4 stars. Rooms need to be remodeled for sure and planned differently - one huge apartment could make 2 nice hotel rooms.

    Good location and great spa.
    The rooms were really large and they have a nice spa. The staff were mostly polite. The breakfast buffet was really good too.
    Some fittings are quite old. The shower door couldnt close properly so it kept leaking water. The reception at check in wasnt the friendliest but the other staff at all other times were great.

    Coffee at breakfast not good and the bacon and eggs at breakfast were cold...even though this had been mentioned to the staff they did nothing about it as it was still cold on the second day

    If not wanting to leave the hotel it is okay.
    View from room was lovely, Nice to have kitchen facilities.
    Quite understaffed - waited for at least 10min for staff to finish chatting to each other to actually check us in [after a cleaner alerted them to my presence as they hadn't looked away from their chat to notice] and only 1 staff member on during check out when a large, possibly conference group, were attempting to check out so that took over 30mins of waiting time. No clear explanation as to how to navigate the hotel until we figured out that the entire complex is designed to be navigated underground only. Also be aware that the distance to town centre is how the crow flies not walking distance - lots of stairs and steep hill down to town.

    It was almost above my expectation
    Breakfast was delicious, location of the hotel was also quite good
    Cleaning of the swimming pool area in the morning (8am-9am) during clients use (swimming).That was not nice to see and effect to relaxation atmosphere.Therefore, I didn't write the best mark for the hotel.
