First of all, you smell a weird smell as soon as you enter the villa and it doesnt take long to realize that it comes from the ground floor. There was some mold or other fungus on the walls, which was just painted over with a white paint, but you could pretty much see it and smell it.
Another thing were "spanish animals" aka cucaracha or the cockroach. It seems like they settled on the ground floor and specifically in the little storage room and the laundry room and they were HUGE...
Speaking of a laundry room, the washing machine is just a joke. It's covered with mold and fungus and it destroyes clothes by making little holes and causing some clothes to change color.
Moving off to kitchen, we were very disappointed after reading all the reviews saying it's nicely designed and well equiped. In reality there wasn't even a single sharp knife or a knife sharpener, not to mention the kitchen uses external gas bottle, which was not mentioned by anyone. It took us a moment to figure out that the bottle was actually located outside, behind the door and it wasn't comfortable to use at all.
The entire equipment and photos of this villa seem to come from 2010 and it seems like nobody looked after this place since then. The equipment is old and or broken and we were really disappointed by this place. I wouldn't pay more than 1k while it actually costed 2.5k for 9 nights.
