One of the concierge member, Jimmy has been very helpful

I had a luggage kept in the hotel. I was looking for it during check out and they cant find it. I checked out at 5am and the staff mentioned he cant find it because he doesnt know where the others kept the luggages. I am on the way to the airport without my luggage now and I am unsure if they will be able to find it. Very uncooperative and now we have a missing luggage
