Louder than anywhere Ive ever stayed.

I booked a room for 4 guests as we were travelling early the next day to the airport and wanted to be close so we didnt have to get up as early. Instead, we just didnt sleep at all. We were put in Room 4, which appears to be right next to the loudest boiler in history. It sounds like someone drilling at all times. At first I assumed it was the fan in the bathroom but once we turned the light off it didnt go away. It was 2am and I was not willing to go and find someone to talk about it, or move my two young children into a different room. It kept all 4 of us up all night, leaving my autistic daughter with only 2 hours of sleep when she finally fell asleep out of sheer exhaustion at 3am. It was a complete waste of time, money and energy, as we have spent all day exhausted when it was supposed to be the complete opposite. Id like a full refund for how awful our night was because it completely ruined our next day travelling, and Id like someone to experience that noise for themselves to understand how deafening it was the entire night. If you could get back to me with a response Id be interested in hearing how you would rectify this situation. The staff were really friendly and the hotel seems lovely, but that room was probably the worst Ive ever stayed in. Ive emailed the hotel but had no response.

Warwick Stay

Spacious, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Nice bar and restaurant with pool table and darts.

TV needed replacing ( and was), remote for air con had no batteries (was resolved) and mattress for top bunk bed was bumpy with springs (resolved with a mattress topper). No hairdryer in room (was provided on request). Room was over heated by strong radiator which needed to be shut off. Room needed more decorating maintenance.
