Very good

A very well located hotel, polite staff & clean. Id stay again.

I liked how close it was to resturants. The front desk staff was very polite & helpful. The hotel also felt safe and was clean.

The only thing I can say I didnt really like was lack of towels in the bathroom. To me that was no big deal. But that would be the only negative I can think of.

Cleaning staff needs to be reinspected.

The check-in staff was nice and helpful. Check out was effortless.

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower head had mold on it. The toilet was not clean. May need to check in with the cleaning staff. And not a big deal but the iron was not working and was broken.

Very good

Stay was good, clean room, loud noises in the middle of the night.

Check in was good, customer service could have been a little better but I guess he was just focused doing his job.

Everything was good until around 11:00, next door guest was very loud and make a lot a banging noises.

I love the location. I love the fact I could leave my car there for a week as I was visiting friends and family. There were many restaurants nearby

My only complaint would be in the linens on the bedding. Only choice was one top sheet or one top sheet with a duvet that was far too heavy. I did not sleep well because I couldn't regulate a comfortable body temperature. Either too cool with just the sheet, or too hot with the duvet. The air conditioner was not super cold or else I would have made the room freezing so that the duvet would have worked better. I couldn't get the optimum combination and so I did not sleep well at all. I probably could have asked for a light blanket and maybe that would have been best. On a good note though the mattress was quite comfortable.

Clean and comfortable.

People were nice; room was clean and comfortable, and it was close to shopping and the airport.

During check in, i asked about the shuttle to the airport and they told me the cost would be $20.00. It was advertised that they had a shuttle but nothing was ever stated that there would be a cost to use it.
