    Bed, awful mattress, felt all the springs. Breakfast, poor quality for the cost. Burnt toast, and quite skimpy.

    Breakfast was delicious, the staff were super helpful and it was only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Bridgnorth

    A very pleasant overnight stay, we were going to a wedding nearby.
    Warm, friendly and in a good location.
    Did not need it to be any better, it served us well for a brief visit to the area.

    We were made very welcome, dinner exceeded our expectations and our room was warm and comfortable.
    Staff were very friendly, dinner was excellent, good range of beers. Breakfast was simple but well cooked. Our room was spotlessly clean and warm, even though it was freezing outside. The hotel is walking distance to the town but in a quiet residential area. It has a good sized car park and large garden area for when the weather is warmer. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

    Great room and lovely staff just let down by it being cold.
    Room was very clean and had everything you need the staff greeting us were lovely on the Saturday and a credit to the pub. Great location and modern interior.
    The room was freezing no heating even though we had turned the radiator up. The double bed was two single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. The sunday staff exiting us were rude which was a shame as the Saturday staff were lovely.
