Very Disappointing!!

The staff was VERY unfriendly and not helpful at all. They could not find one of the two of our reservations. They didn't seem to care at all.

overall my stay was really nice and its in a really nice and cute part of Des Moines with 2 bars across the street

very modern feel and clean

one of the managers was unnecessarily rude when I walked up to the counter to ask a question. I was met with hostility before I even opened my mouth to answer a question and was rudely told Im on the phone and its going to be a while when I wasnt even rushing him. I literally hadnt even asked my question yet. I was going to wait for someone else to come to the counter to help me since he looked obviously busy.

Passable

Parking was terrible. Had to park blocks away. Fan motor in AC unit was loud and rumbled all night. Nice hotel but very disappointing they have inadequate parking.
