However, the modern rooms w (Read More)ere somewhat uncomfortable and the noise level in the building was noticeable. On the other hand, Bella provided exceptional customer service during a phone inquiry, and the hotel's luxurious ambiance and valet service added to the overall positive experience. The in-hotel restaurant fell short, but overall, it is recommended for a comfortable and upscale stay in Greenville.

    Not a good experience or value for what we paid. Will not be staying again.
    Location was great Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
    Water pressure in sink and shower was deplorable. Hardly enough to wet a washcloth. Street and roof bar noise was so bad we had trouble sleeping. There were hardly any luggage carts. Had to lug out suitcases up to room and down when we checked out.

    High standards, here is your hotel..
    Super nice , comfortable, great bar .. They have a rooftop bar as well. Went to a show next door with my wife ( Wicked ) , Room was big as was bathroom. Unlike a high end property we stayed at in Atlanta .

    It was central to everything! The staff was fantastic! It was new and clean!
    We tried to go up to the rooftop bar, Juniper, for a drink but you couldnt do that unless you made reservations.

    My favorite hotel in town!
    Love the location and the facilities. The restaurant Juniper on the top floor is beautiful and has a fantastic view, the food is also delicious.
    The restaurant Juniper on the top floor is amazing! But beware you are alone (while waiting for someone, a staff would kick you out to make space for a 'bigger party".
