The bed was dirty and uncomfortable and the Breakfast buffet staff was very very rude. Staff was rude when we checked in.

I thought this was a no-smoking hotel, NEVER AGAIN!

The distance to the downtown area.

The staff member that worked at night was horrible. She gave me major attitude even after she told me she didnt see my reservation. She gave the guest before me complimentary water and gave me just ignorance. The rolling of the eyes got me when I asked her about the burn marks on the sofa-bed. At first I thought it was mold, but No apology about the burn marks because in reality I did not do it, something else should have been said other than do not worry about it, they just havent replaced the cushions. Like why would you even put someone in that room if you know you have burn marks present, and let them decided. Instead receive your keys and surprise your guest. I posted the pictures as well because I had to cover up the sofa-bed with the extra bedding they provided. Like if you allow your guest to stay here and have burn marks all over the place they have to sit and have not replaced the cushions yet, WHAT ELSE ARENT YALL DOING.

Everything was very nice. Maybe look at getting more engaging staff.

The room was nice as was the breakfast.

We found the staff very unfriendly and they seemed very unhappy. To be honest it was very much bad energy and to be honest a bit of a downer. When paying these kinds of prices one would expect a little gratitude from the staff. After all the customers are paying their wages. or maybe management isnt paying them enough.

Great location, parking garage on-site, immaculate property, large room with a balcony overlooking the Reedy River. Ruth Chris Restaurant on-site.!!

Lack of directional signage for drop-off and parking. Wish the rooftop bar had more fire pits.
