Overall good, but comfort affected by few inconveniences.
Beauty of the hotel and room, views from the room, excellent food, very efficient team at the Reception.
AC never worked properly, despite 5 Technicians' interventions. Was either too hot or very freezing, which has really disturbed my sleep.
Light also had an issue that took time to get fixed. Was turning off every 5 mn.
TV set was not as modern as one would expect at such a hotel.

Great family hotel with ling beach and pools
Spacious rooms, large outdoor facilities (pool, Long Beach), convenient location adjacent to a shopping mall, quick 15min ride from the airport (but we could not hear the planes)
All was great- there was a small construction next to the beach but nothing to do with the hotel.

All the services of the hotel as well as the attitude of the Staff in it is equal to the 5 star!
Now, it might only be the problem of me but I enjoy to sit on the sunny balcony, and in this location it is difficult. Either you are located above the pool area where there are lot of kids and events, makes a bit of noisy all day long, or the other side or the West direction balconies are very close to the motorway. The air smelled like in rush hour of city center, and as soon as I was out there for like an hour, I turned to be dizzy and fully lost appetite...

Best 5 star hotel for rest and relaxation
- we had one of the updated rooms and it was gorgeous, big bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea
- food was exceptional, we had full board and everything was delicious with great selection
- we were there for Xmas brunch and it was unreal
- staff are the best, especially the chefs, wait staff and lifeguards that help out in the morning

Our AC in room was not working a dn it took them 2 days to get us another room. Staff had no idea what to do. Also the location has beach but it is manmade beach not big waves as I imagined
