Great place, my 3rd time staying here.

The rooms need to have a bit of cosmetic work and remodel.
The place got a little bit old over the years and needs to be taking care of.
This is not a cheap place and in this prices you need to have your money valued.

It was a short and pleasurable trip. The staff was very attentive and professional.
The location was very suitable for us as we got to Koh Samui late in the evening with a young family. The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Very very nice Steph, but not the best hotel..
We loved the location. The swimming pool was great and of course the staff they were very nice very friendly.
We arrived at night with a baby, and they gave us a room that smelled with mold, we asked to switch and they did, but still, unfortunately the room was not high maintenance wasnt the best value to our money paid. The toilet always looked dirty, even though there was cleaning crew every day.. I believe its not their fault its maybe because the toilet was very old? There were cockroaches in the room almost every day, and no solution for the mini mosquito - it was impossible to sit in the garden in the room (hotels, in Thailand, there was spray or something to light up to stop the mosquitoes). Even though we were three people (two parents and a baby) we got two towels, and always have to ask for more. Breakfast was nice but many of the times the food was not fresh (The fruit, the bread, etc.), the beach was super dirty and it was impossible to get in the water so we mainly went to the pool. The kids club was a disappointment, most of the toys were broken or missing parts not a lot to do there
in conclusion, I feel a bit disappointed and I dont feel like this is a high-quality hotel

Great location. Staff were friendly. Our first room had an issue with the shower. They changed our room right away to an upgraded one. It was a great experience.
