    Great for party hotel, not great if you want to chill and enjoy different side of Thailand. Would not recommend as a sto
    Modern and clean design. TV display showed prices at minibar was great idea
    A bit pushy on arrival with alcohol drinks (we dont drink alcohol) room was ok but very very damp and a lot of moisture. If you dont have air con on, the room would steam up in minutes (out of 5 hotels in Thailand, this was only hotel with this issue). Very obvious party hotel, strong drinks and condom supplied at minibar (???) wasnt really what we were looking for (party or condom) maybe we chose wrong hotel for us but didnt seem this way on booking.com, Im sure many people would enjoy this hotel. Route from room to reception wasnt clear, signage wasnt great, 2 different elevators for 2 different sides of hotel, not ideal in a tropical storm. Check out took long time and staff were awkward

    The room and the facilities were very modern. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We were sadly not blessed with good weather during our stay which meant we made use of the hotel more than we would have in sunnier/less rainy weather!
    The food and drinks were quite pricey compared to other places in Chaweng, although the cocktails and pizza were tasty! The minimum spend on the beach club is a little excessive for hotel guests (perhaps there should be a discounted rate for hotel guests?)

    The room
    For the whole day I was there the main pool and bar area was closed due to a private party. This was not communicated before and I was shocked to learn this on the day I checked in. If I knew I wouldn't have booked this hotel!! No money was given back to me which is what I would expect given half the hotel couldn't be used. The shower was also cold. Not acceptable for a 5* hotel and price

    Great hotel in samui
    Great hotel, modern and young! It was unusual hotel for its colorful design. Its only 15 min from Samui Central shopping center and have many restaurants nearby. Great buffet, great beach view and great facilities.

    The hotel is nice!
    What is very bad and annoying is the loud music from the adjacent beach club, which starts every day around noon and ends not before 10 pm! I complained with the management, but there was no change!
