    We had a great time, everything was exceptional from the staff to the hygiene to the views and the room decorations, I strongly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, perfect hotel

    Above and beyond our wildest dreams!
    Pavilion went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and amazing! We had such a good time that we extended our stay by 9 days! The staff was super friendly and we got to know a few of them during the stay. The breakfast is good and also has a selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Rooms are clean and very well made and offer many luxury features like pools and jacuzzies. The private beach offered by Pavilion is cleaned every day and is the most maintained beach all over Lamai beach.
    The only downside is that rooms on the second floor of the A building have a lot of noise until midnight due to a night market nearby. That's it!

    The resort is perfect for private swimming pools and perfect for its location to the beach
    - The location of the hotel was very great, at lamai beach and access to the beach. Lamai beach is great. - The Pavilion Pool Residence was perfect. - In room dining, with good variety of food.
    - Gym, poor facility. - Breakfast needs more food variety. - Bath tub in villa needs to be replaced, its old and rusty. - Villa has one key only.

    Amazing hotel for Samui!
    Room with jacuzzi on the balcony is amazing, location is perfect right at the (private) beach and close to bars and restaurants in Lamai. Staff is amazing and willing to help you. Would definitely stay here again when in Samui!
    The jacuzzi on the balcony is not that strong :) minor detail though!

    Great staff, large pool and good facilities. A bit noisy because of central location.
    The hotel is close to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The main pool was large and there is a pool bar with refreshments. The site was well managed and well tended and the pool staff was taking care all the time. There are many trees on he site. I believe it is one of the best hotels in the area.
    We were staying at the room which was with the garden view. The room was great, but the window was on the side of the night market place. There was music playing every night till midnight No chance to sleep and rest till they end.

    Excellent stay and very relaxing
    The property was close to the beach but was very quiet where we were staying which was at the back of the resort in one of the garden bungalows. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The main pool was large and there was a small pool bar to get refreshments. The site was well managed and well tended and it was very lush with many trees and foliage.

    Super friendly staff, perfect location and fantastic rooms!
    Only teeny tiny issue was that in the small print it states you need to bring the physical bank card you made the booking with. I had pre paid and in this day and age have not carried a credit card in over 3 years. Thankfully we worked around the problem and they took a screen shot of my card in my Apple wallet.
